Queens of the Stone Age don't want to wait long for 'Clockwork' follow-up

The next Queens of the Stone Age album may not be that far off.  Frontman Josh Homme tells "Billboard" he thinks they should start making the follow-up to to ...Like Clockwork "right away." 

However, he warns fans not to expect anything too expected from the rockers.  He says it's a band's minimum obligation to try to "enthrall and surprise" fans with as much mystery as possible.  

Homme says Queens of the Stone Age worked on 19 songs for ...Like Clockwork, which just came out earlier this month.  Only ten of those made the final cut, but Homme says he's not sure what might happen to the remaining nine.
